OK, some weeks are better than others.  But even this guy in the pic is planning, thinking and preparing for his future goals.  Oh, and he is waiting for someone to bring him some pants…

Life is about ups and downs, sometimes there are more downs in one week than ups.  How do you deal with those?  Do you give up, lay in bed, try and forget what happened and wait for an up?  God I hope not, what you need to do when your week has downs, is step back, take a deep breath and look at what went wrong, try and see how it could be fixed and then take another deep breath and get you ass moving in the right direction.

There isn’t time for feeling sorry, making excuses or waiting.  Life is short, this game does have an end point, of which you don’t know the end.  Make it a point to be doing, creating and moving in a positive direction.  Sure, you and i will always have downs, some more that others, but we need to learn from them, change what we did and push on.  Trust me, it will be a blast when we get where we are going….

Hey, if you made it this far in life without making a mistake, you are probably not a very fun person.  Mistakes are necessary, they are common, they are part of life.  We are human after all.

But what we do when we make a mistake is the key to growing.  Do you immediately place blame on someone else, something else for the mistake?  That is not growing, that is WHINING!!!

We need to first take control of the mistake, understand why it happened, accept it and use it to help you move forward.  If you know me, I make my fair share of mistakes, and yes, in the past I have used excuses, blame and denial, but that got me knowwhere.  Now I try and accept it, change my thinking and move on toward my goals.  Sure, I still slip up, but somewhere down the road I remember to own the mistake and move on from there.  So please remember not to place blame on mistakes, just accept it happened, make the changes needed and move on.

I truly believe that, sure many things are random, but its how we react to them that is what I am talking about.  The phrase “Something better will come of this” is true if we take the right approach to things.

Looking at life in a different perspective can make living happier, healthier and more enjoyable.  If you know me, I am not one to worry too much about things, I know that I will have choices to make, things to do and paths to explore, but if I just stay, worry and ponder what happened, I may miss everything.

Sure, the death of a loved one hurts, but sorry to tell you this, everyone dies.  That is part of the game.  So if you are wasting time worrying about stuff, you are missing out.  People die at every age, from any number of things…It happens.  Sure you can reduce your risk, maybe selling drugs for the Cartel isn’t a great choice for a long life, or robbing banks, texting while driving, etc..  We can make good decisions and we will still eventually end up dead.

Don’t take life so seriously, it is meant to be enjoyed, savored and lived..  Worry, stress and other things take away from that.  If you have something to worry about, why not get up and figure out how to fix it, so its not a worry anymore??? Duh!!!  Sounds simple, I know, but may it is, try looking at life from a different angle, maybe that will help.

Morning all, tough weekend for me, ending with the Vikings tanking another game ,…

So its monday morning, cloudy and cool here, but hey, its Monday morning..  This week will be awesome, it will be full of opportunity, laughter, fun and much more.  Do you have a plan for your week?

True, many of you work a regular job, where most things are pretty straight forward, but that doesnt mean you shouldn’t be creative in your own right.  The Self-Employed spend much of there time planning things, when to add new equipment, when to advertise, where to advertise, etc..  And creating new products and or services to offer.

But what about the rest of the working world?  If you aren’t planning your future, you won’t have one.  Sure, putting money in 501′s and IRA’s is a great thing, but once set up, you don’t have to think about it anymore.  What are you doing to plan and develop you???  Do you read, learn and grow each week?  Why not??

Knowledge is still power, so is knowing the right people, do you meet new people every week?  What about exploring something new and different? maybe dance lessons, cooking classes, art????  We need to keep evolving, developing and using our brains.

So how about making this week a NEW week, plan to do something new, learn something new and grow as a person.  Oh, and VOTE of course so those TV commercials will stop…

Hey, I hope you are having a great monday morning so far.  I have been writing about many things the past few months, and although I never forget to have fun, maybe its my turn to give some fun.

Being focused on ones goals, life and other things, sometimes we forget to enjoy it.   I dont’ think thats a problem I have, seems I wear people out when they just want to be sad, mad or angry.  Laughing a lot is part of my life, can’t live without it.  And no, it doesn’t bother me that I sometimes annoy people with it either.

So have a look at my pic, laugh, share it with friends, and just enjoy.  I will try and remember to make you laugh more too k?

There isn’t much more to say about this, it pretty much says it all.  I write this blog to help others enjoy life more, hopefully help people find and work toward their goals.

Being perfect isn’t even an option in my opinion, if you think you are perfect, you already have a problem:D  LOL  Being perfect shouldn’t be the goal, it should be to try and be the best YOU you can be, thats it, thats all.  Being the best YOU, would entail happiness, helping others work toward their goals, spreading join and of course being creative.

So its saturday morning, I have said enough.  Read the poster, remember the poster and spend your weekend enjoying life to its fullest. Until monday:D

Morning everyone.  Its sunny, warm and very calm where I am right now.  Wish you were here.  Perfect morning for just setting goals and enjoying gods creations I think….

Ok, I am sure some of you didn’t get the chance to enjoy it like I am, maybe you woke up late, rushed to the car only to get stuck in traffic.  Or maybe the flying monkeys visited you last night and you are sooooo tired you can’t seem to function.  OR, it could be that you had a flat tire, coffee spilled on yourself, got rearended and IRS called….  you get my point…

How much more fun would monday be if you took as little as 5 minutes to sit calmly and plan your week, sip your coffee, tea or whatever looking at the wind blowing the leaves on the tree in your front yard.  Maybe watch a bird, or see a squirrel out foraging.  Think about how peaceful that would be for a monday morning.

True, life will eventually start up, your phone will ring, texts will come, people will everywhere, but for 5 minutes this morning, you calmly reinvented yourself and set your week in motion.  A week that will be full or adventures, choices, events and fun, if you choose to make it happen that way.

So, welcome to MONDAY, if you missed your 5 minutes this morning, try again tomorrow.

Happy Monday everyone. Sun is shining, I worked out, got most of my todo list done and now its only 10:18am in the morning.
How productive have you been this morning? If you are new to my blog, you know I love mondays, a whole new week for new adventures, challenges, and maybe even miracles.
I know many people aren’t morning people, or even monday people, but you are wasting some of the best moments of your existence if you can’t stop and smell the monday morning..
Today is a beautiful day, 65 degrees, light breeze, sunshine and I seem to see many more smiles this morning than the past couple weeks. Maybe that has to do with my attitude too, not sure. The olympics are on, if you have children I encourage you to sit with them and talk about sportsmanship, how great it is to be American, competitive nature and celebration too. They are a wonderful thing to watch and be part of.
So, today, I really don’t have a lesson, speech or anything except I wanted to wish you a very happy and fun MONDAY!!!!
